Frequently Asked Questions

No, it isn’t necessary. All you need is a sense of curiosity and a willingness to commit to the weekly exercises.

This online course is designed for people who are generally healthy (even if they may be feeling somewhat stressed). Mindfulness is not an instant remedy, but a skill that requires time, mental stability and practice to develop. Although it can help in times of crisis once you have learnt and practised it regularly, it is not
recommended that you start the course if you are experiencing certain situations such as:

Acute mental health conditions: depression, anxiety disorder,
obsessive-compulsive disorder, addictions or suicidal thoughts.

● Untreated or unresolved trauma, even if from the past.
● An ongoing grieving process (due to death, separation or loss) that has not yet concluded.
● Current psychosis.
● Ongoing chemotherapy treatment.
● An extreme level of exhaustion that makes it difficult to concentrate.
● Physical illnesses that severely limit mobility, cause intense pain, fever or dizziness, and which you have not yet learnt to manage.

If any of these conditions apply to you, this course is not suitable for you.
Consult your doctor or therapist about the most appropriate course of action for your situation.

The course is entirely online and will take place on specific dates at a set time. Each session will be held via an online platform to facilitate
group discussion, which is central to the programme, and sessions will never be recorded. If you miss a session, you will still have access to the written materials and audio files for practice.

I am always available via WhatsApp or email to answer any questions.

To benefit from stress reduction through mindfulness, it is recommended that you practise daily following the suggested exercise plan, in addition to one weekly session of 3 hours for group classes and 1.5 hours for private sessions. The estimated time for personal practice at home is approximately 10 to 30 minutes

These courses include written materials and audio recordings to help you establish a daily practice. Participants are encouraged to reflect on and share their own experiences through practice and self-exploration during the
weekly sessions.

If you have any organisational or technical queries, please contact me…

No. To ensure confidentiality and maintain the quality of the session, the sessions are not recorded.

For reasons of confidentiality and out of respect for the shared space, classes are not recorded, as they often involve moments of personal openness and sensitive experiences. However, the entire programme includes written materials and supplementary resources that you can study at your own pace, and I will be available to support you and answer
any questions you may have during the process.

Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a message from me letting you know whether, from my perspective, there are any concerns regarding your participation in the course. If there are no issues, I will send you the payment request. Once payment has been made, you will receive the link to access the online sessions. All you need to do is log in at the scheduled times.

The course materials will be available on a password-protected page on my website;
I will also send you the password…

Yes. I offer introductory talks and bespoke workshops for organisations wishing to introduce mindfulness to their teams. It’s an excellent way to get started before
running a full course.
